Do you have parking?
Limited street parking is available with variable time limits. Parking can be difficult on weekends so please allow enough time for yourself. The Summer Hill IGA, located a short walk from our venue on Hardie Avenue, has parking that can be utilised during the evening time.
Can I dine here if I am vegan?
Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate vegan dietary requirements, see our sample vegan menu on our website. Just let us know when you dine with us. Or better yet, tell us at the time of making a booking.
Can I catch public transport
The Summer Hill train station is a 5 minute walk to our venue.
Why do you charge a weekend and public holiday surcharge?
A 10% Sunday surcharge and 15% public holiday surcharge applies to the final bill. We want to be transparent — weekends are our busiest times, and staff are entitled to higher penalty rates. The surcharge simply ensures we can look after our team fairly while continuing to deliver the level of service and quality our guests expect.
Do you have any gluten-free options?
Yes, we do! Many items on our menu are gluten-free or can be modified to accommodate gluten-free dietary needs. Just let your staff know on the day, or even better, let us know in your booking notes at the time of booking.
Can I bring my pram?
While we’ll always do our best to accommodate all guests, we do not have pram space available. You’re welcome to bring a handheld carrier, and we’re happy to provide a highchair upon request. Please let us know at the time of booking. Thank you for your understanding!
Is your venue accessible?
The ground floor of Postino Osteria is wheelchair friendly. Please note the building is heritage and does not have a lift installed to reach our upstairs dining room.
Can I bring a cake?
You are more than welcome to BYO a cake. Please note, a cakeage fee of $5.50 per person applies.
I think I left something behind!
If you have recently dined with us and believe you’ve left something behind, please email info@postino.au with details, and we’ll check our lost property for you.

Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in our main dining room (unless they are service dogs). Dogs are allowed on our Frangipani Terrace outside tables, however, these are walk-in only.
Is your venue halal certified?
Yes, all our suppliers are halal certified.
